When will the internet be complementary for members at VDP Flamingos? We were promised this service when we purchased and now find that we have to pay an exorbitant fee for our 6 week stay.
it should be provided to owners whenever they stay at the resort. Charge renters or traders, but resort owners should get this service for our maintenance.
When will the units be upgraded/renovate at Flamingos? They are getting very tired and old looking.

Currently the resorts are working on a free internet solution for members, but this takes time to install and they are making sure to get it right. We don’t have a definite timeline yet as to when it will be completed, but please be assured that it is in progress. As far as room upgrades, the hotels and club are currently working on updating Villa del Palmar downtown, as this is our oldest property. There are no plans to upgrade Villa del Palmar Flamingos yet.
